Whilst our aim is to deliver your order within 20 to 30 minutes, there may be times when things unfortunately do not go to plan, thereby delaying deliveries. Factors such as weather, road closures, accidents, staff illness or the overwhelming popularity of our service may affect delivery times. We will do our level best to keep you informed of delays either at the time of placing the order or via our website

The Booze Cruiser Ltd is a Barnsley based company serving Barnsley and surrounding areas, should you live outside these areas it may still be possible for us to deliver to you, although you may not be able to place an order online, in these circumstances please call 01226 206100, where we will be able to advise you directly.
We reserve the right to restrict deliveries in certain areas, and this includes the right to eliminate certain areas from our delivery schedule altogether.
We charge different delivery charges to different destinations based upon the distance from our warehouses to the delivery destination. We may provide free delivery on promotional items and on larger value orders, for details of these charges please contact us on 01226 206100. We do however retain the right to alter these charges without notice in circumstances beyond our control (VAT increases, Fuel increases etc.) we will post all changes as they occur on our website and on Facebook. Any delivery charges will be stated before you complete your order
The minimum delivery amount for delivery is from £10.00 depending on distance, excluding delivery charges and cigarettes/tobacco.
We will not complete the order if you appear to be excessively intoxicated.
We will not complete delivery of an order that we believe will be passed on to persons under 18 years of age.
Drivers do not carry extra stock so no add-ons can be made at the time of delivery. Any extra goods required will need to be made in the normal manner.
We will only deliver to a home or business address under no circumstances will we deliver to a public place.
The delivery driver will attend the confirmed delivery address. You will need to produce the payment card you used to pay for your order plus your ID if you look under 21 years of age.
Our drivers are not authorised to enter any building with main entrance security, such as flats or apartments. In the event that you reside in such a property, you will be contacted by our driver on the telephone number you provided at the time of placing your order; you will then need to collect your order from the delivery driver at their vehicle. Please remember to have the payment card you used to pay for the order with you plus ID if you look under 21 years of age.
Cancellations / Refunds
If after 5 minutes of arrival we are unable to contact you at the delivery address, your order will be returned to the warehouse. You will receive a full refund minus any cost incurred trying to make the delivery, delivery charges and any perishable products.
If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 10 minutes of placing the order, as after this your order will have been dispatched. Cancelled orders within the stipulated 10 minute period will incur an administration fee of £1.50. For cancellations after the 10 minute stipulated period an administration and delivery fee of £5.00 may apply plus the cost of any frozen or perishable goods.
In the event that items are missing from your order, your missing goods will be re-delivered as a matter of priority, or you can choose a full refund for missing items.
Please ensure you check your order at time of delivery as we are unable to rectify errors after the delivery driver leaves you.
